Can anyone help.
I joined sky broadband on the 11th of Dec 2023.
I recieved a link to promised £100 voucher but this did not work.
This was part of the reason for joining.

Hi, to be honest, I think in this situation calling customer services would be the best option on the 0333 number and clicking broadband option.
They will sort it, or connect you with the right department.
Please let us know the outcome, so we are able to assist other members.

I called sky who told me to contact the voucher provider.
I emailed hellogiftcloud.com to explain what happened.
I recieved my voucher about 5 days later.
