My payment has increased by £5.50, with no indication that this was happening. It is only for TV.

@gilbertj9 That will be the annual price increase from 1st April for which you should have received an email or letter notification

I think you mean a direct debit. The annual price increase came into force on 1 April for which you should have received an email or letter outlining your particular increase.
