Paid bill early

I paid my bill early but sky are still trying to take another payment through direct debit. Is there anyway to stop this?

No. You've made a manual payment when there is no need to.

No. Manual payments are unnecessary and can cause exactly this. When the overpayment appears on your Sky account as a credit, you can contact Sky to request a refund. We may be able to get help with this for you at that time.

As an automated payment was pending making a manual payment is towards next month's bill.

 

Don't be tempted to try and block the automated one as your services may well be restricted...

 

(As noted, let it happen and request a refund if it's an issue)
