Hi, so I tried to update my email address in my sky account and from there I have no clue what I have done. I have read so many posts on here. I've tried the community posts. The digital assistant instructions. It says they cannot find an account for my account number. So I then tried to create a new one and link however that's saying I've no sky products. I'm at a loss can anyone be of service 🥺
