I am out of contract and cancelled broadband and talk giving 14 days notice on 14 March to take effect on 27th March. I get billed on 25th of each month. The cancellation was confirmed on my sky app messages. I have been charged the full amount for March-April and April-May. Sky contacted and rep tells me cancellation pending. I have not cancelled the direct debit as I will be continuing the tv package.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAfter you gave the 14 days notice to cancel did you receive any confirmation email because from what you have said it might be that it has not been cancelled so I would phone back and let them know the date you gave them the required notice.
