Unable to access my referral reward

I got a pin for my referral reward and I was unable to access the pin. Have called and made complaint about it but unfortunately they have not responded even after promising a new pin will be sent to my email shortly

Have you checked your trash/junk/spam folder for this email, if you haven't and it isn't there then there is a free number you can call Sky on about this at the bottom of this link:
