cancel Netflix

I added Netflix before xmas but now want to cancel it, why is it so easy to add extras but very difficult to cancel

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

You may be able to change your Netflix tier directly online via your My Sky account: https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
