I'm having full fibre fitted on 29/04. I understand a box needs fitting to property prior to installing. It's not been done yet. How do I chase this up.

If it hasn't happened before, that would be due on the day itself. It's not unusual for everything to be scheduled for the same timeslot.
Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
