My upstairs internet doesn’t work after getting a new broadband downstairs in the house

I recently got a new broadband for downstairs and since then, my upstairs internet hasn't been working as I have 2 different routers (one for upstairs and one for downstairs).

@Elif1 hopefully you dont have 2 routers as that causes issues but the upstairs box is in fact an access point or booster. At a guess you will have to connect the booster upstairs to your new Sky hub how to do that is explained hrre https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-booster-what-do-you-need-help-with

Just follow the set up instructions.
