No tv or Internet, hub has red lights on 2 and 4

@wizzbizz @Jason6269 @sarah+pardoe @Haz5 if the connection test in the My Sky app doesnt tell you there is a known fault when you click to run it as opposed to justvreading the result of the last regular test give Sky a call to report the issue.
