Hi there, we have recently put is sky WiFi and there seems to be a problem with the connection, emails won't loads and it drops in and out all throughout the day and night.
I wondered if we could get someone out to have a look at it to make sure it's running properly

First thing to check is the setting of Sky's parental protection filter which can affect things like emails. Log into the My Sky app and gonto Product Options the Shield settings should show by default Sky set these to age 13 which maybe too restrictive for you.
wifi ptoblems in your home are very common firstvthing is toncheck you havecthe Sky hub in the best place it can be. Ideally it should becas cdntral in your homecas it can be on a table or shelf above radiators and other obstructions. Morecsuggestions here Sky Help - Slow wifi
