Can't log in to MySky, postcode error

Hiya,

 

Just signed up for Sky (yesterday) and I cannot log into the MySky app. It just asks for my postcode and then hangs - nothing happens no matter what format I use. No error message. Thanks.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Got the same problem . Phoned sky this morning 11 may 2024  .I was told it's a sky issue and they are working on it

That is the kind of thing they will say to get you off the line as they don't know how to help so would you like your post escalating to their messaging team for help with this ?

I ve been on the phone to sky for the last 5 days because I cannot log in to my sky app or sky.com with postcode even changed email with sky and did not work
