According to Sky who have posted elsewhere there was  issue with the app earlier which has now been sorted so close down or reload it up again if their advice.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am also having the same issue with my sky app where it has logged me out and is saying not authorised. Advice please on how to fix?

I suddenly can not access My Sky App

I suddenly can not access My Sky App it now says my account isn’t authorised to open My sky app, I can open my email but can't open My Sy App anymore, I could open it a couple of weeks ago but now it now says I can't

I can't find any help with this anywhere.
