@Braysoj  The image you have posted is of website page not the sky sports app 

 

you can only login via the app

You might need to login again as the update might have logged you out so have you tried going back to the homepage and doing this. Failing that delete the app then install it again as you should then need to login by selecting the Virgin login option.

I've done that it keeps happening. I think it's an issue with the app

Then as a Virgin customer I would see what happens if you report this to them as we can only help Sky paying customers on here.
