received my VIP rewards today. thought i would take advantage of the discounted tickets to Lego land for my grand children. received my discount code only to find out the offer expired 23.59 last night.

do these non rewards happen very often?

According to the T&Cs the offer codes will be available to claim until 3rd May 2024 and are valid for use until 10th May 2024.
