Could you go to your My Sky and let me know if the On Demand service is already active please.
Click on this link and it will take you to your My Sky. All you would need to do is pop in your Sky Username and Password.

Thank you for letting me know the service is already ticked on your My Sky.
I have double checked and the only way you would not get the connector is if you have at any time plugged an Ethernet cable into the back of the router and the Sky+HD box.
Can I ask if you received a letter from us to tell you to register for the On Demand Connector?

The connectors should be dispatched at or before the end of August.
Please do not try to use the service until you get your connector as this will cancel the free connector out.

Sorry to read your post gherks.
I gather you have already set up the On Demand service at your property.
The offer is for customer who have had all the HD+equipment for a while but who have never used the On Demand service.
Hopefully we will have something else coming out soon which will suit you better.

Sorry to read you were having issues getting the Free Wireless Connector when you tried to apply on line.

It works fine for me, so the site is still working ok. Try using a different browser - for example, if you're using Internet Explorer, try Mozilla Firefox instead.
