Gave me time and really wanted to sort the problem.

Thanks for the call today. The guy I spoke to managed to fix half of the issue on a click of the button. He was however  keen to fully fix the issue and so continued to look into what might be causing the problem. Would like customer service like he provided always. Thank you.
