Technical fault on all channels and then returns to menu

Error code keeps coming up.

internet is fine.

switched off broadband pull all plugs out. Turned back on same message!

Netflix and Prime work fine.

@Steve590   How is the TV connecting to your router, poor wifi speeds tend to be the issue.

 

On the netflix app in the setting menu the speed test should report what speed is being received by the TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That's way to low, you need at 20mbps for HD & 30mbps for UHD

 

Netflix can use speeds as low as 2mbps with ease which is why it works better than Glass TV channels.

Totally agree. Had several problems ever since having Sky Glass. 

Good news though channels are now back!
