sky glass not working, message reads technical issue experiencing limited services. tried unplugging

have had no tv since last night. message reads because of technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. working hard to fix problem. tried unplugging a few times, no difference.  I still have e broadband services

Have you tried rebooting your broadband hub and then switch tv power off and on?
