Why can I not get Sky Sports App when using 4G

It is fine on WiFi

What device is this on and what happens when you switch to 4G ?

I'm on a IPhone X. When I'm on 4G error says no information at this time.

Does it work on 3G, if not do you have loaction services for the app turned on ?

Doesn't work on 3G either, and doesn't work with location service on or off.
