Error Code 1304

I'm trying to use the Sky Go app to watch/download some Sky Arts content, but it's constantly throwing the error: "Sky Go is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Code 1304". I can see that others have had the same issue, but I'm yet to find a solution. Can anyone help? Can this be escalated to Sky support?

You have to be a Sky TV customer to watch even the free channels via Sky Go.
