When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

I had the same problem, called them and they were great; turns out I needed to link my account to my Sky ID and it worked perfectly. Not sure if you can do that independently, but the call centre can certainly talk you through the process.

This is about linking the sky id to the account. Does this resolve matter I am experiencing on my andriod phone?

I have been a sky TV customer for 16yrs and have had no problems with my sky go until recently when the error code 0.01 appeared on my screen.
I don't no why this has happened but want it sorted as soon as possible please
