  • Seems the issue is effecting hundreds of not thousands sounds like it's not slaccoint. Side but as usual sky side.

On my Xbox series X I used to watch sky go since my internet broke and stopped working. And was fixed it no longer lets me watch sky go  on the Xbox series X I have reinstalled sky go I have hard reset the Xbox 3 times  on third time unplugging for 10 min  still nothing. I went to sky help  but after an hour of going in circles and a ai bot being about as helpful as a fart ina wet suit I thought I would try here ....,.most likely so I can be sent in circles with no answers ....I really think the world is going to one day change  the term we can't help anyone to simply Sky

Error code e07282b0

Hi, I have the above error code and I've tried restarting, uninstalling and whatever else but it still won't play live TV. Please help

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Hi Everyone

 

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.  I've escalated this problem to our Support Teams to investigate.

 

In the meantime, can I ask a few questions regarding this problem?

  • Does the problem impact Live TV or On Demand content? Or does it impact both?
  • What channel/s are you using the problem on?
  • If you reset the network settings for your consoles' connection to your router, does this help?
  • What version of firmware is your console using?
  • Who is your broadband ISP?

EDIT: I've updated this post with two more questions that our support team have asked.  If you are still having difficulty, we need this information in order to process with the investigation.

Error message on sky go (e07282b0)

When I am going on the sky go app on my tv through the Xbox the live and on demand tv is not working. It comes up with (e07282b0) and there was a problem streaming this channel. Please select another channel. We have reset everything reinstalled including the wifi nothing has changed.
