Loggin in to acct

Hi I am, having trouble logging in. [content removed] but everytime I reset my password I change it but it wont let me back in with my new password. For some odd reason I can sign in with my old user ID which is [content removed] .......so signing in to that is ok....however I am going to be moving in the future but it says I am not the Primary account holder! I am the ONLY account holder and always have been, I think maybe the system is getting confused with the logins. an you help me out as at some point I need to arrange the move, thanks.
