Good afternoon im wishing to watch my sky programmes on my phone it keeps coming up error 01

Are you using the Sky Go app ?

Is it connected to your wifi ?

Are you in the UK ?

What are you trying to watch, live TV ?

Have you tried rebooting your phone ?
