My Sky GO has stopped working error message

Something went wrong please contact our customer service quoting error message PFE 5003-IH. Cant get any response from SKY other than a usuless chatline

A few things to try:

If you are using graphics card overclocking software then make sure this is closed.

If this error is on downloaded content then try restarting the app by exiting and then re-launch the app and if that hasn't sorted it you would need to delete the content with the error and download it again.

Disale Spootify is it is running.

Try running the app as an administrator.
