This has recently started on my PC and I'm unable to play anything, I've tried re installing the app and Silverlight but without any joy. This is a new phenomennon, since my kids have previously been watching without any problems.
Happening on both the app and via explorer / chrome
Any ideas folks?

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate with Mozilla Firefox. After a morning of trying to sort this out I finally got it working. I broke the rules of fault-finding and did two things at once. 1.In Firefox options Privacy/Tracking/Tell sites that I want to be tracked(as opposed to Tell sites that I do not want to be tracked. 2.I disabled my AVG 2013 anti-virus software.

Welcome to the Community.
It should be a tab on the Microsoft Silverlight Configuration box on the end to the right, you need to open Microsoft Silverlight.

It is the one shown as "Application Storage" as seen here.
