Sky Go - Upgrade subscription

Hi, i cant use SKY Go. It keeps telling me to upgrade my subscription. I have valid subscription but for some reason this has just never worked. sky Q with multiroom, full TV package, broadband etc. Please could you help with this?

Are you logged in with the correct Sky ID so your main primary one if you have more than one ID ?
