We did it on the phone to Sky customer service. Not sure if that makes a difference?

Still so complicated to resolve!

I can't believe this issue is still happening and seemingly so complicated to resolve. I STILL can't kick people off permanently via previous posts in this thread! And I refuse to have to change emails to get it done!

Oh, and while I'm ranting I'd think twice about recommending a friend for the rewards. Did this for my parents before Christmas and still neither of us has been contacted about it.

And they have had to chase sky half a dozen times since as they said they would re-imburse the fee they had to pay their previous provider! Rant over!
