after a month I was told by your sky technical team that the reason we could watch sky go on the Xbox was because we had unsubscribed to Xbox live. We have rejoined and paid to subscribe today to Xbox live and yet are still unable to watch sky go !
this is ridiculous and I want compensation for this incorrect information !

I have had sky + multi screen for ten years and am well aware of how it works .
it stopped working in November last year for no reason
