done all these several times and so have the apple care guys whilst screen sharing and no joy, any more pointers

I followed the process suggested by Sky CoOrdinator.
mince I've deleted the SkyGo download and the application.
But when I go to the Library to delete the SkyGo folder it doesn't exist....?

Hi,
Sky go gets as far as checking for updates, then just a blue screen with a white arrow. Have tried all the fixes suggested above but to no avail. Do not have a Sky folder in my Library..
Using mac book pro 13" 2020. 2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5. OS is 13.0.1 (22A400)
Can you help?

ok - i've tried all the various fixes and this is the "info" on the app
So it shows intle on the app, but no ventura option. Any ideas? I've tried low resolution - didn't help

I am getting the same issues with my skygo and mac. Followed all the necessary steps you have advised but no luck. How do we download the rosetta app?

I cannot download the Rosetta app, as I cannot upgrade to Ventura. My MAC is mid 2014 and the hardware wont accept it, apprently.
I really do not undertsand how Sky can work fine on my two other user profles!!
Because the situation is to do with a 3rd party App, I cannot even take it to an Apple store for help

The Rosetta app is only for people with MacBooks using Apple silicon as your machine uses an Intel processor there is no need for the Rosetta app.

Thanks for that David.
I have never been asked to install the Rosetta App, so obviously the Sky App has never needed it.
It is a complete mystery as to why Sky has stopped working on my profile, but works on my wife's and the guest one, both on the same machine.
I can only assume my profile has picked up sometihng from another website that is casuing the issue, but I have no idea how to find out what it is.

Sky if you are monitoring this isnt it about time you helped us out, we all pay a small fortune to watch sky TV...........or shall we just cancel and move to BT /other providers????

I also can not get this working on my macbook M1. Have tried all efforts from multiple different threads on this problem. Have tried Rosetta, deleted all apps with sky.
Going round in circles.

Have you tried seeing if it works with a new profile? It did with me

Got it working. I hadn't found the execess sky files in library. Deleted them using the Go> ~/Library/Application Support/ method. Downloaded again and all working. Thanks v much...what a relief.
