I can no longer watch recordings on Sky go on my iPad. The error message I'm getting is Sky Q Box not found. You must be connected to a Sky Q box to see your recordings.
Any suggestions?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you made any changes to your account as you need multiscreen on your account to connect the app to your box. If you have made no changes then try a reboot of your box and the device the app is installed on.

I called Sky about this today as this seems to be an issue on some other forums. Appears they are aware of it and working on it but no timeframe given as to when it will be resolved
