Sky app not showing my new package

Hello , having issues with the Sky app , had it for few years as was a former customer  , but left to go to virgin .  Now after few years am back with Sky as new Customer with Broadband only  . On app I can't seem to access my new contract details or settings etc ? All I get is some of my old previous contract (2yrs ago)  How do I clear old and start again to access my new account etc .  Any Help appreciated .

As you left Sky and then returned after being away for a year then your account will have been closed as you have discovered so you will need to set up a new Sky ID to use.


If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:


https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details


Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:
