Sky go on PS4 login incorrect message

Hi, we have a PS4 and SkyGo Extra package, yet when trying to login to Sky Go in the PS4 we are getting an error message saying the details do not match the records. The PS4 is up to date. And Sky have already tried re-setting my account. How do we resolve this please? Thanks

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
