Sky go won't open on this device

Sky go won't open on this device, when sign in plus password it asks for authenticator plan then throws me back to sign in. Sky go is on my phone and my husbands phone and opens with no problems.

What device is this on and are you not able to enter the authentication text ?

Thanks for all the help I have uninstalled Authenicator on my tablet and can now get Sky go and have downloaded stuff.
