Can I get sky go if I'm only a broadband customer

You need to be a Sky TV customer to use the Sky Go app.

As @caesarome indicates, Go isn't an standalone streaming service: it's a 'free' add-on to a Sky television subscription to permit a subset of subscription television channels to be temporarily accessed away from the home address where Sky television hardware (Sky+ / Sky Q / Sky Glass / Sky Stream) is installed.

 

The equivalent product for those without a Sky television subscription is NowTV.
