Hello Support,
I have access to Sky Sports on my TV, when trying to watch Sky Sports on Sky Go on my iPhone, I get the following message: "Sorry, something went wrong. To watch this content, please upgrade your subscription."
Please can someone help?

Yeah, I am trying to watch Sports, I get the lock icon when trying to watch on the Sky Sports app.
"Could not play channel. Your subscription doesn't allow you to watch this programme."

I've been a customer for 12 years and have always used this Sky iD.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
