Hi
My husband has recently left me and I know he is still accessing Sky Go. I have changed my email address and psssword for the Sky Account but we had a separate user name and password for Sky Go and I cannot get this one to stop working. These are the details he has.
When I changed the email address and password on Sky.com I logged out of Sky Go and put the other details in and the app still logged in. When I changed the password I also removed all the apps registered. I cannot work out how to stop him using sky go. Can anyone help.....

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry this:
First change your password again on his ID:
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
Then when logged in with his ID go to this link:
https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage
If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off, this might not stop them straight away but it will over a day or so.

I did that and the old log in still works so he can still access Sky Go.

Yes it was this afternoon. Do I need to call Sky to get them to do something else?
the username and password we were using for Sky Go was completely different to my Sky account log in where I manage the TV and Phone subscriptions.

No, you need to give it time as I said as it isn't an instant thing but will work from 24 hours onwards.
