I am currently unable to use Sky Go as code 0-01 comes up. I have updated the app and uninstalled and reinstalled. Any advice?

Are you a paying Sky TV customer and if so what you are you trying to view and do you subscribe to it via your TV package if it is live TV that you are trying to view ?
