Hi,
I am unable to see any purchased films on the Sky Go app under the Purchases section.
I can access my recordings as normal on the app and everything seem ok with the app apart from the Purchases not being available
I can view the purchased films on the main Sky Q box, mini box and Sky Store app without an issue..
Just wondering what I can do to view these?
I have signed out, then back into the app, uninstalled and re-installed the app, both do not resolve the issue.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

@MightyQuinn- yes I am aware of that, however I would like to view these within the Sky Go app if possible. Just wanting to know if these films SHOULD be there or not?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply @MightyQuinn - I downloaded an archive film I had purchased and it then was showing in both the Recent section and Purchases section of the Sky Go app so that answers my question.
