I have asked BT Sports if i can watch on my PC 

They are asking " did sky set up the username for BT Sports?"

So how do i find my BT Sports usrname?

Not sure, but you could always use Sky Go.

If you pay Bt for Bt Spoets then you need to use their app or website.

If you pay Sky for the Bt Sports package then you can use the Sky Go app on your Mac.
