can't login into sky go on ps5.

hi I cannot login on sky go on my ps5. It comes up with a error saying I need sky go extra. I am secondary account holder that is linked with a Sky VIP primary account holder with sky go extra included. I can use sky go on my laptop, phone and iPad.

Does the account holder have Sky Q or Sky Glass ?

Can the account holder use the app or do they see the same message ?

Just normal sky subscription

The account holder hasn't used the ps5 app. Only I have tried used it (Secondary account). The playstation app used to work fine before the update for ps5.

I would get the account holder to see about this so they can look into this for you as Sky Go Extra should still allow you access to the app.
