hi I cannot login on sky go on my ps5. It comes up with a error saying I need sky go extra. I am secondary account holder that is linked with a Sky VIP primary account holder with sky go extra included. I can use sky go on my laptop, phone and iPad.

The account holder hasn't used the ps5 app. Only I have tried used it (Secondary account). The playstation app used to work fine before the update for ps5.
