Holiday Home reception poor

I have a holiday home and I get 'E' (edge) when I am in my caravan , then when i walk on to the decking at the front of the caravan I get G4 ans sometimes G5 in i am lucky . 

what do I have to do to get G4/5 when I am inside ....?

Note that in this case I suspect you'd want a repeater with an external antenna, preferably on a longer cable so that the outside element can be located on or above the decking.

 

Also be aware that as Ofcom advises, many units advertised online are technically illegal to actually use, but strangely not to sell.
