Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @vince1406 you will need to provide a little more information ? Are you trying to change your current plan for a one that's on offer ? If you are and it's not showing in your account as available then you can't. The deals on the main pages are for new customers. If you are outside the 12 month minimum term you could get a new sim/plan with a new number then port your old number to a different network on PAYG then port it back to the new sim. You can't port from one sky sim to another.

I'm an existing customer and I got an email to say my contract was at the end and to pick a new deal but when I try to pick a new deal I get an error message.
