My sim has been working fine for about 8 months.
No planned maintenance work.
I have no idea how to get hd of sky. I can't phone and there doesn't seem to be any other way of contacting them.

I have had the same issue with "not registered on Network" since last night.
In the 5 or 6 years I have used Sky mobile this has only happened one before - a couple of months ago.
Is Sky aware of the problem?

I have tried contacting sky but without data or access to a phone I can't contact them.
I have tried to order a replacement sim but you need to call them.
It is impossible to get hold of sky if you haven't got a phone.
It is very frustrating. Not sure how I am going to solve this.

My "Not registered on network" problem has just been resolved with a re-boot of my phone.
Not sure why the problem occurred in the first place, but have you tried a re-boot?

I have a land line contract with Sky as well as my mobile, so I was able to contact Sky by dialling 150 on my land line phone.
Unfortunately, this won't help you if you don't have access to a land line.
