Sim failure

Hi all, last week had a fault come up with sim failure and then eSIM failure. Tried absolutely everything looked at all of the help guides on sky website, still nothing. Ordered a replacement sim. Still nothing. Loosing my rag with it to be honest. Anyone had the same issue? It's like I've got no sim in my phone. No calls no texts no data

I would also like to add to make sure that you have downloaded the Sky mobile profile onto your phone.

I think it would be best just to contact Sky, if you go to the Sky help page you can find different ways to get in touch like live chat or by phone.
