Doorbell not connecting

I've got the sky app and I've sync the chime but the doorbell won't connect and keeps saying check your internet connection I have done everything it's saying on the instructions and internet but still nothing can anyone please help

@Holli23  Are you trying to sync the doorbell right next to the chime?

Try turning the doorbell off using the on/off switch at the abck of the doorbell.
Leave off for ten minutes.
During the time, remove the power from the doorbell for a few minutes also.
Repoer the Chime and check tehya it has connected with a blue light showing.

 

Try syncing the doorbell again to the chime.
