Indoor camera not working...even though rebooted many times...think this is poor quality...can this be change to another brand?? Now i regret getting home insurance from sky...even the video doorbell poor quality and cannot easily access the video doorbell when i am out
please if possible to change this or decrease the monthly insurance payments

I'd suggest contacting the specific phone number for the insurance product and ask if it's possible to move to the version without the Smart Tech Bundle.
