I have paid for a Sky movie Dune Part Two, it says I have purchased the movie but then says when I attempt to download that there is technical issue, my download could not be completed, please try again later?
I have tried multiple times to download but continue to get the same message??

Hi @Tats1965
Make sure a partial download is not shown in your Recordings or in your Download Queue in manage.
Any you see you need to delete.
If the download is shown in Recordings when you delete it also delete it from the Deleted section in Manage.
