I have been a sky subscriber for nearly 26 years and pay for everything to them but the TNT Sports is not working on their HD channels 868 saying I have upgraded and this could take up to 4 hours. It has now been 5 DAYS and still the same message. Trying to watch via Sky Q main box

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Have had a discussion but issue is still not sorted as need to talk to sales this morning.

Have not been able to access anyone in sales so still have not had this problem resolved. Poor service

Still no HD on TNT Sports although raised this five days ago and contacting sales. Said it was being looked into but still nothing. Been with Sky for nearly thirty years!
